The quintessential summer fruit, sweetness that tastes like joy






The cultivation of watermelon takes place in open fields; the season begins with transplants carried out in April; this is followed by a whole series of operations aimed at achieving high quality standards in the final product, at the end of which the harvest begins in early July and ends approximately at the end of August.

Once harvested, the watermelons are brushed to remove any field residues and then divided into two sizes. Wooden bins are used for transport and marketing.
